Distances and races
- Cycling 22km - individual starts in every 30 seconds
- Cycling (youth) 10.3km - individual starts in every 30 seconds
- Running 3km - individual starts in every 15 seconds
- Rollerskating 11km - individual starts in every 30 seconds

Track
The trail for cyclists goes towards Vaida. For rollerskaters the trail goes towards Aruküla.
Chip Timing
Timing at Filter Time Trial Cup stages is done using chips. Chips are issued at the secretariat for a €20 deposit – please return them no later than the final stage of this season's Filter Time Trial Cup.
Parking
Parking is arranged next to the competition center. Please use the eastern parking area (the one near the event center) for parking.
Warming up
Warming up on the race track is prohibited during the race. Please respect your fellow participants and allow them to concentrate on their race without being disturbed.
There are trainers in the race centre that all participants can use for free.
Awarding
The overall best in the series will be awarded. There are no award ceremonies at separate stages.
Consistent participation is encouraged by the Kullapada awards programme.
Additional important information
Even though the participants have priority over other traffic on the race track, most of the track is also open to cars. Participants are obliged to follow traffic regulations and ensure their own safety to the best of their ability. If no police or security escorts are present, all participants must stay on the right side of the road.
